@IDBI_Bank your NRI services are pathetic. Waiting for four weeks for a bal transaction and help . Benchmarking your services with @HDFCBank_Cares . I was in the same situation and hdfc handled it much better . 4 weeks waiting for fund transfer with a ailing parent at hospital.

@EtihadHelp @etihad please improve your customer support both email and calls . Struggling to activate my suspended account that has miles and I need to use them . Every time I call , there is no ticket number or ref. Umber give and I have to mention the whole episode again .

@etihad @EtihadHelp #CustomerService please open case number to avoid repeating problem Atleast 3 times to 2 different departments in past 2 hours . Hold time is 40 mins . Very poor experience to understand customer concern and solve issues . #etihadmiles .
