It's been 87 days since @AxiomExchange tweeted anything constructive since their last scandal. A scandal involving @WheresBroox, one of the senior BDs at Axiom, who abused internal tools to look up user info and insider trade on private wallet activity. Axiom's response? A generic PR statement saying they were "shocked and disappointed" and that they'd "continue to investigate." [Broox may have been quietly removed, but let's be real. In crypto all it takes is a new username and a fresh alias to keep doing the same thing within the same circles] One of the users whose wallet activity was being monitored was Chef Jerry, a notorious Twitter hacker based in Australia (whereabouts currently unknown). Chef Jerry is known for purchasing data leaks from the dark web, social engineering key people of interest, deploying coins off the back of hacked accounts, and rugging them. He's done quite a few of these when he was affiliated with Axiom and repped a badge, all to which Axiom turned a blind eye. But why would they intervene? Their own senior management was doing the same thing, using internal wallet data to front-run and profit off the same coins. Beyond the Broox scandal, the founders themselves have a documented history of this behavior. Henry Zhang and Preston Ellis previously ran Gatsby Tools, a project they sunsetted after rug pulling their entire user base for $660,000 through an NFT mint marketed as their "new ultimate toolbox." They took the money, killed the project, and roughly a year later started building Axiom. And somehow, none of this has raised a single red flag at @ycombinator. Henry (Mist) and Cal are both doxxed and YC affiliated. @garrytan has never responded to or acknowledged any of this publicly. And the reason is obvious. Axiom is one of the biggest and most profitable companies in crypto right now. At some point they will tokenize, and YC will want their exit. Why would they jeopardize that by holding their own portfolio company accountable? Even with sufficient proof being shown, not even an investigation into it. Axiom is still operating without anyone batting an eye, the same affiliates still 3000 multi wallet bundling, r*ping every single coin in the trenches. Crypto forgets in 3 days and Axiom knows it. Silence is nothing but an admission of their crime. - TIER1HATER

Apex Live does NOT “only ever” offer one account with a $3k drawdown. Think about it for a moment. Does anyone truly believe the only prop firm in the industry allowing traders to manage up to 20 accounts would build a live environment with no scaling, no progression, and permanently limit successful traders to one live account forever? That was never the vision for Apex Live. Our goal is to build the best live trading environment in the industry, with progression, scaling, and larger long-term opportunities for serious traders. The screenshots and summaries circulating on social media are not official Apex releases, did not come from Apex, is not Apex Live documentation and do not represent the full Apex Live Program. Some of what is being shared came from an onboarding discussion and educational webinar. Somebody used AI and made a transcript summary of a small portion. One of the screenshots literally states: “This is a summary based on the onboarding webinar transcript…” This is NOT an Apex document or release and should not be taken as such. What people are reacting to was one small part of one webinar out of a series of webinars. It was an introductory onboarding and education webinar from the Live Prop Division, not a webinar covering the finalized Apex Live structure. Official Apex Live details and clarification will come directly from Apex.
