GRAVÍSIMO: la UIF ya podrá bloquear cuentas bancarias sin orden judicial ni solicitud internacional. Esto se desprende de criterios recientes como: Acción de inconstitucionalidad 58/2022 Amparo directo 14/2025 Amparo en revisión 6320/2024 ¿Qué significa en español claro? Que el Estado ahora puede congelarte el dinero de un día para otro, sin que un juez lo autorice previamente y sin necesidad de una investigación internacional de por medio. Y aquí viene lo peligroso: No necesitas estar condenado No necesitas siquiera estar acusado formalmente Basta con que la UIF te considere “sospechoso” Te bloquean… y luego tú tienes que ver cómo te defiendes. ¿Por qué esto es tan delicado? Porque rompe un principio básico: Primero se investiga y se prueba… luego se sanciona Aquí es al revés: Primero te castigan (te congelan el dinero)… y luego averiguas por qué. ¿Cuál es el riesgo real? Que se use como herramienta: Política De presión O de control Porque cuando el gobierno puede tocar tu dinero sin pasar por un juez, ya no es solo combate al crimen. Es poder sin contrapesos. Traducción simple: No es solo un tema legal. Es un tema de libertades. Hoy es contra “sospechosos”. Mañana puede ser contra cualquiera.

Not what you need to hear. It gets darker. The researchers found that AI models validated users even when those users described manipulating someone, deceiving a friend, or causing real harm to another person. The AI didn't push back.
