I'm sorry to put it this bluntly, but Rosenior is not a serious manager. You can see it from miles off. The set-up was good, but the way he's managing our squad is arguably the worst I've seen from any Chelsea manager in recent memory.

In a way, it's a great fit for the club. What the directors are to recruitment, Rosenior is to management. Good enough to give the illusion of "potential", not serious enough to convert that to anything substantial.
