Owning a gun is legal. Carrying a gun is legal. The victim of today's ICE murder doesn't have the gun in his hands during the encounter from any of the video shown. He is on the ground having the shit kicked out of him and being pistol whipped. Then he is shot repeatedly. So much for the 2A.

So in not sports betting States like FL, you can "make predictions" on the DK predictions app that happen to have the same odds as they do in the sports book, but they’re not really bets, they are just futures predictions. I love it and Im here for it.

The funding is coming via STAR bonds (i.e. Sales Tax & Revenue). No new taxes, no draw from the state budget, plus Kansas stands to welcome in 20k jobs for the construction phase, followed by 4k permanent jobs that will kick out over a billion of new economic activity annually. Given the success of the Chiefs & the NFL financially, even during down years, it should be a pretty quick ROI for everyone involved without burdening the taxpayers of Kansas. Really, Missouri is the big loser here.
