You can’t blame the passengers, as a company it is your duty to make sure customers are safe. Do it properly or hand it over.

@Trespass I contacted customer services for an item that was delivered late after paying for next day delivery, and then when the item I contacted you again about the fact that it wasn’t suitable for the job described and I have been waiting a week for a reply. Worst service!

@Trespass I emailed customer services twice in the last week and still no reply. I paid for 24 hour deliver and waited 48 hours for it to turn up. I bought your windbreak, it started to split in under an hour of use. Terrible service.

@Footasylum, how have @Hermesparcels managed to lose the same order twice in under a week!?! Once can be understood as a mistake, but then screwing it up on the 2nd 24 hour reorder is beyond a joke. Maybe time to find a company that can actually deliver a parcel on time.
