ok reporting back, gpt-5.4 is super doable for claw. and minimax is good for hermes. hermes with gemma locally is slow and dumb but fun because free. i’ll be iterating. opencode remains tui champ.

Been running Codex for sometime in any harness I want. It's been great.

Now the @NousResearch Hermes Agent developed a simple chat interface with the skill that it learned and its OpenAI Complient API so I can directly chat through and app it built

I just created my own Personal Private App Store with my @NousResearch Hermes Agent. I can ask the agent to make application changes, it pushes to my self-hosted @giteaio, build the app with runners (it set up) and then use Obtainium to install updates on my @GrapheneOS phone.
