GM everyone - RNS out today announcing another Bitcoin purchase. We’ve acquired 28₿, taking our total to 2,778₿. These are always my favourite updates. Nothing beats adding more Bitcoin to the war chest, increasing Bitcoin exposure per share (QTD yield: 12.98%). The purchase was funded via our facility with Coinbase and following today’s purchase: Total drawn: £13.5m, Leverage ratio: ~9.3%. Our facility remains competitive and flexible: 6.75–7.25% variable rate and repayable at our discretion, no additional charges As a reminder, we recently updated our Bitcoin treasury policy (24/4/26) to allow us to use the facility to acquire Bitcoin and introduce measured, responsible leverage following investor feedback. The next stage of evolution is clear for Bitcoin Treasury companies - the market wants to see amplification/leverage (vs relying purely on sentiment) and we believe this model supports a more sustained premium to mNAV over time. As always, we will manage this responsibly and inline with market conditions. LSE: #SWC | OTCQB: $TSWCF | FRA: $3M8 x.com/smarterwebuk/s…

We’ve got a surprise - everyone’s invited, on us. Due to overwhelming demand, and as part of celebrating our 1 year anniversary, we’ve decided to give every raffle entrant a complimentary ticket to our Bitcoin treasuries unconference UK. Bitcoin treasury companies are one of the newest and most exciting sectors globally. At The Smarter Web Company, we believe education, awareness and open discussion are essential to its growth. If we can play a small role in bringing more people into the space and building understanding, we’re more than happy to do so. More importantly, this is a gesture of appreciation. The support we’ve received over the past 12 months from shareholders, partners and the wider community has not gone unnoticed. This is a small way of saying thank you and making sure as many people as possible can be part of the journey. LSE: #SWC | OTCQB: $TSWCF | FRA: $3M8 FAQs: How will I receive my ticket? We’ll be in touch directly with all entrants with the relevant details. What if I already bought a ticket? Please send us proof of purchase and we’ll happily arrange a refund. We want to ensure no one is left out. Please note this applies only to individuals and those who bought a basic ticket. What about VIP tickets? VIP tickets are not included as part of this, as they cover the evening dinner and dedicated networking event. That said, if you purchased a VIP ticket as an individual, we’re happy to refund £210, which is the cost of a standard (Basic) ticket. What if I forgot to enter? Unfortunately, the raffle is now closed and we are no longer accepting entries.

The Bank of England deputy says stock markets are overvalued and set to fall. I find it all to be pretty ironic. When you destroy money as a store of value through decades of money printing, near-zero interest rates, and relentless monetary debasement... capital has to go somewhere. It went into houses. It went into stocks and other assets like Gold and Bitcoin. People aren't stupid. They watched their savings accounts pay 0.1% while inflation ate their purchasing power. They did the only rational thing available to them, put their money into assets. So now we have a generation priced out of housing. We have stock markets trading at absurd multiples. We have a world where you are required to become a speculator just to keep up. The institution that helped engineer all of this now wants to warn us the assets are too expensive? Funny how that works.

@asjwebley @Toffeebdm The LISA came to the shelves 4 months before my 40th birthday and mine is now heavy on SWC. A great tax free lump sum to look forward to😎😎😎

@Toffeebdm Depending on your age (and tax position) you can add the Lifetime ISA into the choice too - for those who can do this you get an allowance of £4,000 with 25% added by the government - a hybrid between an ISA and a SIPP!

New UK tax year - The Smarter Web Company mNAV level. mNAV now at 0.70 (vs 0.78 last week). For context, our lowest recorded mNAV is 0.69, seen at the end of the US tax year. A good reference point as we begin the year. Live treasury analytics available on our website. LSE: #SWC | OTCQB: $TSWCF | FRA: $3M8

He is 33 years old He has a son named Jack (around 6 years old) Jack loves playing football despite a rare 1-in-a-million immune deficiency disorder Fabrizio himself dreamed of becoming a professional footballer as a kid but realized he wasn't talented enough, so he switched to journalism He started writing football articles for small Italian sites at age 16 while still in high school His very first big scoop in 2011 was Mauro Icardi's move from Barcelona B to Sampdoria, thanks to a tip from an Italian agent He's an Inter Milan supporter at heart (his hometown club connection) Speaks at least four languages fluently. Italian (native), English, Spanish, and Portuguese Joined Sky Sport Italy at age 19 His screen time can hit 17-21 hours on busy days Built his network by hanging out in Milan hotels with agents and players as a young freelancer. Players sometimes text him directly asking to leak their desired moves His father Luigi sparked his initial love for football Once worked as a waiter in a Rome restaurant before fully diving into journalism His relentless 16–20 hour days mean he rarely has full days off with family or friends His news can instantly shift betting odds on transfers Broke Bruno Fernandes' move to Manchester United, which exploded his global fame. Values accuracy over speed and rarely gets things wrong Made Forbes 30 Under 30 list for his impact as a transfer journalist His estimated annual earnings are around $3.5–5 million from social media, journalism gigs, and collaborations And despite his global stardom, he still does most of the work himself with a tiny team for visuals . . . . Have you ever wanted to be in a particular field and then stuff happened and you diverted to another career entirely? I believe if any diversion wants to happen, it has to be in line with what you initially want. So that at least, you'll have the liking for it. For instance, people that weren't pro footballers, but ended up as coaches, might still love their career so much. Same goes with football journalism. We don't always get what we want in life. But the things that can't be taken from us, are our core values. Our inquisitiveness, work ethics, creative thinking, etc And even if we don't get our dream career or field.... We can still excel so much in whatever options life throws at us, as long as we keep up our values. Fabrizio wanted to be a footballer. Life had other plans for him. He didn't sulk or lament all day. Or become a sadist. He instead found a way to make himself a force in the new path that life gave him. And it paid off. So today, stop sulking and complaining at what you didn't get. Look at what you have presently and make up your mind to be the absolute best in it. And also...... Start today. . . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

Most 18-39 year olds in the UK are sleeping on free money. The Lifetime ISA: → Save up to £4,000 a year → Government adds 25% instantly → That’s £1,000 free. Every single year → Invest it in stocks and it compounds tax free → Use it for your first home or retirement £4,000 becomes £5,000 before you’ve invested a single penny. No other account in the UK does this. Do you use a LISA?

Scary time to be taking out a big mortgage in London right now. Property prices across the capital are collapsing as we speak - they have fallen for six consecutive months. Housing has carried a ridiculous monetary premium for 30 years because of money printing and cheap credit. It stopped being shelter and became leveraged money. That dance is done. London is getting hit hard because the UK is in structural decline... high taxes, hostile policy, and falling global relevance. The global elite who used to park capital in London property are moving to Dubai/Singapore/Hong Kong and into other global assets like Bitcoin. Add in bad demographics and slowing immigration and you get a brutal repricing. Taking a 30-year mortgage on a £500k one-bed flat right now is one of the riskiest things you can do right now and I wouldn't recommend it. You're essentially long a dying monetary premium when housing is going back to the cost of its utility. And the monetary premium it's losing doesn't just disappear btw, it flows into better stores of value. Like Bitcoin.

Latest YouGov March 2026: Starmer net favourability -48 (22% favourable, 70% unfavourable). PM performance (23 Mar): 21% well, 70% badly. Opinium (18-20 Mar): 20% approve, 58% disapprove (net -38). More in Common (20-23 Mar): 20% approve, 62% disapprove (net -42). Ipsos has called his satisfaction the lowest for any PM since 1977 polling began, though other metrics/polls (e.g. YouGov) show some past leaders like Truss with comparable or lower scores in spots. Ratings remain historically poor.
