어렸을땐 인기 많아 보이고, 예쁘게 보이고 싶어서 애쓴 적이 분명 있었다. 근데 나이가 들면서 누구 눈치 보며 잘보이고 싶은 마음이 어느 순간 싹 사라졌다. 이제는 그냥 꾸미지 않은 나 자체, 날것 그대로의 나를 온전히 좋아해 줄 수 있는 사람. 그 단 한 명의 솔메이트를 찾는 여정인 것 같다. 조금 느리더라도, 조금 돌아가더라도 괜찮다.

아직 트럼프 말하고 있어서, 호르무즈 봉쇄 관련해서 다시 정리해서 올려줄게. 트럼프 화법이 좀 원래 그래서 ㅋㅋ 지난 주 석기 시대도 그렇고. 암튼 기다려 봐.

10/3/2025 --> $APLD signs LOI with Hyperscaler for DF1 12/11/2025 --> APLD forms the rest of the AEX entities 12/18/2025 --> APLD signs for $100M draw from Macquarie, because they can show to MAM the seriousness of the LOI to get construction going. This funding "requires" a lease by 4/18/26 or repayment is accelerated to being due in July. 1/22/2026 --> APLD breaks ground on DF1 2/14/2026 --> MAM and APLD $100M funding agreement amendments (main changes with dollars that were drawn and adding a 3rd draw option). NO change of 4/18 date being pushed back (was pushed back for PF1 as they werr working through getting a tenant signed) 4/6/2026 --> Anthropic says they have leased data center capacity with Google coming online in 2027 (DF1 comes online in 2027 - and yes, so does other builders). Louisiana already has a massive Meta site not too far from DF1, so Meta being a thought doesn't make sense. $ORCL is already a tenant at PF2, and Wes stated in the earnings call this week they will continue to diversify. What comes first? Google signs with APLD to then be able to lease to Anthropic? Or Anthropic leases from Google first for Google to sign lease with APLD? (Legit don't know what that order would be!) I think Google is moving into DF1. I think we get the lease announcement this week. And we also know, that this DF1 tenant is looking at other sites with APLD, too. Buckle up ladies and gentlemen, @WUSTL_Bear is going to burn a lot of the shorts this week! APLD still being 30% shorted is criminal, and after this DF1 lease, with revenue and execution ramping, I think we see that short % start to drop.
