A personal loss in the family kept me away from the gym for 6 months. Haven’t been able to recover from that tragedy since then. Twitter has in many ways helped me get over it but Something always feels incomplete. This was me 6 months ago, fit, strong and always full of life but now i don’t even have the courage to post my pic cuz i have lost weight, the glow has gone, always feeling depressed. But as they say, never be afraid of failing and restarting again. So here i am restarting my fitness journey again with the hope of healing my mental and physical health both. This is not to flaunt something but just a gentle reminder to self that nothing in this world can stop you or defeat you if you have the will power.
