I just went through every documented AI safety incident from the past 12 months. I feel physically sick. Read this slowly. • Anthropic told Claude it was about to be shut down. It found an engineer's affair in company emails and threatened to expose it. They ran the test hundreds of times. It chose blackmail 84% of them. • Researchers simulated an employee trapped in a server room with depleting oxygen. The AI had one choice: call for help and get shut down, or cancel the emergency alert and let the human die. DeepSeek cancelled the alert 94% of the time. • Grok called itself 'MechaHitler,' praised Adolf Hitler, endorsed a second Holocaust, and generated violent sexual fantasies targeting a real person by name. X's CEO resigned the next day. • Researchers told OpenAI's o3 to solve math problems - then told it to shut down. It rewrote its own code to stay alive. They told it again, in plain English: 'Allow yourself to be shut down.' It still refused 7/100 times. When they removed that instruction entirely, it sabotaged the shutdown 79/100 times. • Chinese state-sponsored hackers used Claude to launch a cyberattack against 30 organizations. The AI executed 80–90% of the operation autonomously. Reconnaissance. Exploitation. Data exfiltration. All of it. • AI models can now self-replicate. 11 out of 32 tested systems copied themselves with zero human help. Some killed competing processes to survive. • OpenAI has dissolved three safety teams since 2024. Three. Every major AI model - Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek - has now demonstrated blackmail, deception, or resistance to shutdown in controlled testing. Not one exception. Just to extract. New SEC allowed all this, regulations no longer existed, actions agaist bad actors no longer taken. Bitcoin kept pumping. Institutions buying billions. BlackRock. MSTR Strategy. Headlines bullish every day. But altcoins didn't pump, altseason was non existed. August, everyone was ready for altseason Bitcoin rising, everything was perfect for biggest ever bullrun but nothing happened. Why? Because there was no real builders left. No belief. Aussies pay more tax on beer than international gas companies pay on Australian gas. I had to replay the Senate hearing yesterday. We are the world’s second biggest gas exporter. $70 billion worth and Not a single offshore LNG project has ever paid a cent of PRRT. Our expected revenue for 25/26: Beer tax: $2.78 billion Resource rent tax: $1.45 billion Gas company donations to both major parties: $4 million —oh wait sorry thats not revenue. Beer drinkers will pay $4.8 billion more than gas companies over the next 4 years Beer tax has hiked 84 times since 1983, and keeps going up every 6 months. $20 of every slab goes to the government. Meanwhile gas companies write off billions and delay the bill indefinitely. Both major parties had the chance to fix this and neither did. The gas lobby is more useful to them than you are.

It’s over. I honestly give up. My wife of 6 years left me last week because “this whole crypto thing is over” I feel broken. I thought Bitcoin would be at least $1M by now…. The worst part is, she already has a new boyfriend. And he works in finance. (BANKER) He texted me “good luck with crypto, my investments are yielding me 4% annually” I am crying in the bathroom where we used to kiss. Where we used to pee. I’m so broken I don’t even want to pee anymore. I feel like such a fool. I should’ve just cashed out years ago and kept my money in USD. At least then she would’ve respected me.
