For the life of me, I can not understand why people think they should be paid by their employers, to have kids. Had that decision been on your resume, you probably would be sitting home with no pay. 12 weeks is more than enough. Your employer did not ask you to work for them to support dreams of a family. Your getting replaced soon anyways. AI and robots will displace you.
