Tonight @char13900, @DanielleOlford and I took @stjohnambulance #RestartAHeart to @Girlguiding 8th Westcliff Brownies. The girls learnt how to perform a primary survey, CPR and use an AED. We were also able to teach them the recovery position. #MySJADay #StJohnAmbulance
