@AnnCoulter We apparently stopped the 2 million a year coming in, and also deported 3 million, so that sounds like a pretty good deal.

@SpanbergerForVA Note: Democrats know what they are doing is unfair, which is why she says this "preserves fair process" for the future. It simply replaced the fair process with a rigged process that destroys the comity of our commonwealth to pay off a national political party.

Virginia’s redistricting referendum gives voters the power to respond. To a President who says he’s “entitled” to more GOP seats in Congress before Americans vote in the midterms. To efforts in other states to give those seats to him. Join me in voting YES by April 21.

@RAVerBruggen I was surprised but now see that this is becoming common, because I guess a study came out showing that 1/3rd of all emergency calls for dental patients turn out to be related to hypertension.

(If you don't get your annual physical though it's not a bad idea to check your BP. It was actually a dentist who caught mine a couple months ago, although it seems super random, and somewhat intrusive, that some of them have decided to take that on for no particular reason.)

@ATabarrok 33% of the emergency calls to dentist offices are due to reactions from people with hypertension, and apparently a 180/110 reading is now a cutoff for dental treatment.

Went to the dentist for a cleaning. Refused the blood pressure check, refused redundant x-rays, refused to sign a waiver for refusing the x-rays. Three nos to get one teeth cleaning. I am now known as a troublemaker.

@Apolitical3678 We don't do "regime change" because we have free and fair elections constantly where the people get to choose their leaders. The leaders are the "representatives of the people", so the people are always supposedly in control.

@HuajatollaChic1 @bonchieredstate Actually, I think they can still get paid for it, just at a lower rate. I once wrote a column for a local paper, and they insisted that I write stuff that pertained to the local readership. Seemed good to me.

@InquisitiveUrsa @Randy14789233 @MarcGoldwein IF that is the case, it means if a couple both earned max and now retires, they are limited to $100k, but if only one of the two worked, they will be limited to $50K even though they have exactly the same expenses?

@Randy14789233 @MarcGoldwein A couple receiving maximum benefits (which is rare) at normal retirement age would be receiving $99,650; in 2027 this number will be over $100,000. (And their proposal puts a $50,000 per person, $100,000 per couple limit on benefits.)

@MarcGoldwein If you do the $100,000 limit, is that just a hard limit? Do you also limit a single person to $50K? What about a couple, but the wife is not 67 yet, do you limit them to $50k? What if the couple started SS at 64, do you limit them to less than $100k?

@xan_desanctis @MLB I thought it might be fun to watch a pre-season game, and found out I had to buy a season pass to "MLB channel" to do it. I remember just turning on my TV and watching baseball..... (wait did someone say MLB is free for T-mobile customers..???)

@SouthlakeIndep1 @VASenateGOP Why do people elected to represent Virginia rig the elections and disenfranchise 44% of Virginians because the national DNC party tells them to and sends them lots of money? Why does the Governor who ran on stopping the gerrymander support it after getting elected?

“Seems unfair in Virginia.” “Detrimental to our democracy.” These are two actual quotes from Virginia Democrats about gerrymandering who now want you to vote for their gerrymandering amendment. Yes, it really is that obvious how hypocritical they are. VOTE NO!

@BasedMikeLee Then, use reconciliation to provide money for states to do specific methods of verifying citizenship. IT's a budget bill, it will define how states have to do the citizenship if they want the money. Also, on 1st bill, put in penalties for states. And use regulations to define

@BasedMikeLee Put up a new bill. Two things: Requires Federal Govt-approved picture-id for voting. Requires STATES to verify citizenship to register voters. Don't need to say "how" they do it here. These are very popular, Dems voting against it will look stupid. \1

@SouthlakeIndep1 @VASenateGOP Texas Texas Texas. Yes, nobody should be doing it. Yes, Indiana (R) rejected it. Other Dem states have done it. Before Texas did theirs, Texas was less gerrymandered than California and Illinois. AFTER Texas changed, they were STILL less gerrymandered than Cal and Ill.

@charleswayne13 @VASenateGOP And Texas Republicans tried to grab those five seats, mid-decade, after Trump told them to. Not to right a wrong; to protect the corrupt Trump administration. Virginia should not play along.

@SouthlakeIndep1 @VASenateGOP Note that BEFORE everybody started talking about redistricting. the top 3 gerrymandered states in the list were Illinois, Maryland, and California. Texas, the one everybody talks about, was 7th before their redistricting, but will be 8th after redistricting if Virginia does it.

@HenricoDems It's funny how the "NO" vote signs show the map, and explain what people are voting for, while the "YES" vote signs hide what we are voting for, as does the ballot language, and the State BOE who forbid posting the maps or explaining the ballot measure. It's clear who is lying

@Julie4Virginia @DonBeyerVA One of the Democrats running for Senate is also opposed to the gerrymander. I am hoping a lot of sane democrats and independents will bother to vote, and that will overcome the "yes" vote from people who are deceived by the lying ballot "fairness" language.
