Build more housing on the Westside



If you live in LA and own a home, have family, kids, and are worried about crime, now is your chance to make a change. City council is extremely important.



Protect Traci at all costs (And, yes, YIMBYs, I'm aware you dislike her land use positions. It turns out there are a lot of other issues that matter to our city, too.)


















To my knowledge, there is only one single project that has applied under LA's new zoning code in DTLA, which went into effect a year ago. The fact that this project had to ask for six waivers from standards in the code is a not-so-great sign


there is a state level bill in the works that will not just cut LA’s transfer taxes but potentially 22 other CA cities’. you can call me conservative all you want, but if you don’t have a plan to refund schools and housing etc that use these $, I think that speaks for itself 🤷🏽♀️

LA city council just blocked a reform by @nithyavraman that would fix a dumb, economically illiterate policy in LA that taxes multifamily apartments like mansions and has according to all evidence made LA’s housing crisis WORSE. Shameful, pathetic. Look at what is coming for us:
