@SW_Help there were 8 ticket officers clogging up Ashford's tiny ticket office just now, yet none of them were willing to stop talking to check my ticket which therefore took ages - people have trains to catch! Tell them to talk when people aren't relying on them to work quickly!

@charlouisecoles Hi Char, the service that came through at 18:00 should be calling at all stations to Waterloo. ^SM

@charlouisecoles Hello Char, very sorry to hear about the lack of communication. Travelling onward from Fulwell, there is a service starting from Fulwell calling at all stations to London Waterloo at 17.54 on Platform 1 ^EF

@SW_Help We've now been kicked off the train - can you please provide an update? Apparently the 1741 train has been cancelled. This is very poor - no communication at all

@charlouisecoles Hello Char, there isn't a fault on the train that is running from Fulwell so you're journey will still take place albeit delayed. You can claim for this by following this link southwesternrailway.com/contact-and-he… ^EF

@SW_Help So to clarify whenever this train gets moving it'll only get to Fulwell where I'll get stuck again? What advice do you have if I'm going to make this appointment?

@charlouisecoles Hello Char, apologies for no announcements so far. As this is an ongoing incident, the crew have been in contact with the fleet maintaince team who are in the process of working through the train fault. That service will terminate at Fulwell where another train will start ^EF
