Hi @JetBlue I’m incredibly disappointed. I paid almost $300 for an “Even More Space” upgrade because I have a hip issue and needed the extra legroom. Instead, my seat had a giant plastic equipment box underneath it that blocked my ability to stretch my leg out.

Even worse. When booking the upgrade, it advertised unlimited drinks. Once I boarded, the flight information said “Maximum 3 alcoholic drinks.” If there’s a limit, it needs to be clearly disclosed before people pay for the upgrade. Advertising “unlimited” is a lie.
