After receiving the complaint from Glory Iribagiza, the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) conducted investigations, the suspect was arrested and detained. The case file was prepared and submitted to the Prosecution while the accused remained in detention. The Prosecution then forwarded the case to the court and later the suspect was released based on the conclusion of the medical legal report.

She reported her case thru proper channels. Her case was handled professionally by IOSC, then medical kit done to prove her accusation with RFL, medical report and her verbal accusation shared with the court, and the court still found that she weren't assaulted. In a criminal case it is not about HEARSAY, it is about tangible evidence to pin the suspect.

Dear RIB, thank you very much for responding so quickly and accurately. One thing is clear: once a criminal case reaches the stage of being handled in court, the alleged victim, the suspects, the lawyers, and all judicial bodies are given access to track the case via the IECMS (Integrated Electronic Case Management System). This service is entirely free of charge for all parties involved. Unless she was genuinely never informed about this, I suppose it could be a minor administrative oversight. However, that seems highly unlikely given how intelligent she seems. There is simply no way she does not have IECMS access to this case. This lady completely failed to mention that the case had progressed past RIB and the Prosecution to the point where the suspect was arrested and brought before a judge. She intentionally left that out to catch the attention of the Head of State, attempting to involve the Executive in a Judiciary matter; which is a blatant conflict of interest; even though a court judgment already exists for her case. If what you have said is accurate, and I believe it is, Ms Iribagiza owes an apology to the Rwandan public. She should apologise for making false statements to H.E. the President of the Republic of Rwanda, and for deliberately tarnishing the reputation of our judicial institutions, namely RIB, the NPPA, and the courts. That is all there is to say.
