@minchoi I don’t believe it landed. In the crisp, clear 13-second video, they cut it off right before touchdown. The two videos showing the touchdown were grainy. It’s very suspicious. Of course, this is China, and they are not above video manipulation for propaganda.

China just caught a rocket booster with a giant net at sea. People are calling it China's Starship moment. Wrong. Long March-10B is much closer to Falcon 9. SpaceX reached this milestone in 2015. China's Falcon 9 moment... 10 years later.

@R00sterN @minchoi i think you thought incorrectly. Falcon would have to carry much more weight to land on 3 legs, so with reduced payload instead.

This isn't really much different, just a different approach to how landing is accomplished. If you really use critical thinking you'll understand that the the Falcon 9 is superior in weight and payload capability. This is not a huge technological advancement. The Long March-10B is heavier with less payload capability, meaning it costs more to use.

China is my 61st country 🇨🇳 Starting my tour from Shanghai. Here’s what impressed me so far: 1. Safe - police literally every 100 meters 2. Green - parks everywhere, riverside in blooming roses & daisies 3. Clean - cleaning cars roam the streets multiple times per day 4. Alipay is used for everything - from payments to taxi & translations, even tax free & messenger is there 5. Tourism built for Chinese, not foreigners. Almost no-one speaks English. 6. Crazy traffic - cars & motos don’t stop on green light for pedestrians 7. Robots cleaning the streets & delivering room service 8. Eclectic - very cool mix between local traditions & contemporary ideas

In Shanghai or Beijing, where in the past most foreign travelers are expected, stations are announced in English too.
