@chenwangme Hi Chenny, When processing a Zip Bill, the payment goes through the BPAY facility. BPAY transactions have a non-refundable fee per bill; therefore, there is a processing fee of $2.50 per bill (Zip Money only), which is outlined when you process the bill with us. Thanks, Zach
