@FedEx my packages still have not arrived... I have talked to 2 cs reps now on your help chat thing here now.. and all have told me they secalated it, and noted that we were home, all day every day and were available to fr delivery, that we had NOT put a hold on deliveries

@FedEx I have been waiting on delivery of 3 packages for a week now... your status updates on the website, app and text keep saying there is a package hold requested or that it was undeliverable because no one has been home... I am home every day, all day long, as I am disabled.
