@MitchHorowitz One time I was sitting outside of the FX shop for The Blob (off Hollywood BLVD) smoking and a homeless guy came and sat next to me and just started chatting. I eventually realized (cuz half my head shaved and raggedy punk clothes) that he just thought I was another homeless guy.

One time I was at a gas station in Delaware and an older man very nicely came up and said, “Welcome to America!” I’m like, “Uh, thanks.” I later realized I was wearing a leather jacket with a flannel shirt around my waist—he thought it was a kilt.
