This is total over reach. There was no evidence of harm. No notes were falsified. Only letters exempting on basis of informed consent. Here is a comprehensive thread on Scottish mortality predictions by age. The ONS predicted mortality in 2018. Their 2022 predictions have blithly factored in many more people dying as if that is normal. It is not normal. Let's start with 60 yr olds:

Yes, the fittest survive. But there was general confusion at the time. Much propaganda - yes. Much profiteering - yes. Much misinformation. But, one can't argue or just make a decision on the basis of a gut reaction. I've made many decisions which have cost me personally, that was not my issue here.
