This is my beautiful Daughter who was diagnosed w/ #BrainCancer at 11 & left Earth at 13. 💔 Ashley was incredibly brave, strong, NEVER gave up & somehow, stayed positive throughout her battle. We’d be so grateful for a follow to keep our Ashley’s story alive. 💜 𝒜𝓈𝒽𝓁𝑒𝓎 𝑀𝒶𝓇𝒾𝑒 𝑀𝑜𝑜𝓇𝑒 💜

Donald Trump posted 55 times on social media between 10:00 pm and 1 am. His posting spree included calls to arrest Obama, Clinton, Comey etc. He also attacked his own DOJ for not charging them with treason. This man is not well. 25th Amendment now.

Standing ovation for @BonJovi and bride 🎊
Mykhailo Rohoza@MykhailoRohoza

A restaurant where there are no prices on the menu. Only humanity. ❤️ In 2011, Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea Bon Jovi opened an unusual restaurant in New Jersey. There are no fixed prices on the menu there. Those who can afford to pay leave a donation. Those who have no money can help instead: wash dishes, set tables, fold napkins, or work in the kitchen. No shame. No humiliation. No painful questions. One evening, a woman sat at a table struggling to hold back tears. Not because she was hurting — but because she had forgotten what it felt like to be treated with dignity. They served her a real dinner: hot soup, fresh vegetables, dessert on a normal plate. And in that moment, she realized: they did not pity her. They respected her. That is the heart of JBJ Soul Kitchen. It is not just a place that feeds hungry people. It is a place that gives people back the feeling that they matter. There are no separate rooms for the “poor” and the “rich.” No labels. No looking down on others. Only a table, a meal, and a simple reminder: you still matter. you still belong in this world. Over the years, the restaurant has served more than 200,000 meals. Even during the pandemic, the team kept feeding people, and Jon Bon Jovi himself helped wash dishes. People know him as a rock star who filled stadiums. But perhaps one of his most important songs is not played on stage. It is heard in a quiet kitchen, where a hungry person is given not only food — but dignity. ❤️

Firing Line with Margaret Hoover@FiringLineShow

.@DCrittenden1 and @davidfrum's daughter Miranda–a former Firing Line staff member–died suddenly in 2024. In her new book, Crittenden grapples with her grief and remembers the daughter she lost. "She was very like her father. She was brilliant...One of her friends said that he had never met in real life a person who was so casually witty."

The Supreme Court, which ordered Alabama to create a second Black opportunity district just three years ago, has lifted that order one week before the primary. The Purcell principle says courts shouldn't permit chaos too close to an election—it's now an open question as to whether there will even be a primary on schedule.
