@EquusEngland Not at all happy with Equus. Returned item beginning of December due to faulty Zips and told Refund being processed. Have emailed, telephoned and left messages and NO response or reply. Refund still not received! Please explain!!

@EE Oh, just through the automated text that was sent out prior to expiry of free trial and through online account, March, at the same time as text, April when charged the first time and now online again in May, as have been charged again!!!
