ग्रुप हाउसिंग भूखण्ड संख्या जीएच–5, सैक्टर–110, नोएडा (कुल क्षेत्रफल 164120 वर्गमीटर) का पट्टा प्रलेख दिनांक 29.12.2009 को मैसर्स ग्रेनिटेट गेट प्रोपर्टीज प्रा०लि० के पक्ष में किया गया था। इस परियोजना में कुल 31 टावर (4018 यूनिट) स्वीकृत हैं। कार्यवाही का कारण: आवंटी (Developer) द्वारा प्राधिकरण की देयता (dues) जमा नहीं कराई गई। मानचित्र की वैधता समाप्त होने के उपरान्त भी निर्माण कार्य जारी रखा गया, जिसके कारण पूर्व में भी इस परियोजना के 3 टावर सील किए गए थे। घटनाक्रम: आवंटी द्वारा भवन मानचित्र के पुनर्वैधीकरण हेतु दिनांक 08.02.2024 को आवेदन किया गया, जिस पर प्राधिकरण द्वारा आपत्तियों की सूची जारी की गई। मा० उच्च न्यायालय में योजित याचिका संख्या–3226/2025 में पारित आदेशों के क्रम में, मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी, नोएडा द्वारा परियोजना में नियुक्त Resolution Professional (RP) की सुनवाई की गई। कार्यालय पत्र दिनांक 13.06.2025 के माध्यम से आर०पी० को सूचित किया गया कि सी०आर०पी० (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) प्रारम्भ होने की तिथि 11.01.2019 से 30.06.2025 तक की कुल देयता रु० 702.59 करोड़ है। आवंटी को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया था कि जब तक मानचित्रों का पुनर्वैधीकरण नहीं हो जाता, तब तक स्थल पर निर्माण कार्य प्रारम्भ न किया जाए। आज की कार्यवाही: उपरोक्त निर्देशों और प्राधिकरण की देयता जमा न कराने तथा मानचित्र के पुनर्वैधीकरण के बगैर अवैध रूप से निर्माण कार्य जारी रखने के कारण, आज दिनांक 12.11.2025 को नोएडा प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों द्वारा इस परियोजना के निर्माणाधीन 3 टावर तथा 10 दुकानों की सीलिंग की कार्यवाही की गई है। नोएडा प्राधिकरण सभी आवंटी/डेवलपर्स को नियमों का पालन करने और समय पर प्राधिकरण की देयताएँ जमा करने की सख्त हिदायत देता है। #NoidaAuthority

These shops are built by encroaching on the footpaths and road and by stealing lights from @Adani_Elec_Mum electric pole. This place has become a hot spot for hooligans.
