Avocados are fatty — and that’s exactly why they’re awesome. The kind of fat that keeps your heart happy, your brain sharp, and your skin glowing like you actually drink water. They pack more potassium than a banana, tons of fiber, and enough vitamins to make a multivitamin blush.
They lower bad cholesterol, feed your brain, and even help absorb nutrients from other foods. Basically, they’re the friend who makes everyone around them better.
Sure, they cost more than your rent and turn brown faster than your last relationship ended, but they’re worth it!
So next time someone asks if avocados are healthy, just tell them:
