@stingray46@Groupon_UK Unfortunately their security questions were too much for me, when i provided my full name to answer the question of what is the name on the account - i was told it was the wrong information. How silly of me to presume they only wanted my forename!!!! #useless

@Groupon_UK why is it that i have had to endure an EXTREMELY laboured conversation on your chat service to exercise my 14 day cooling off period. I also can not find any other form of contact on your website, including a contact email.
