I'm doing some work with the city's crash data, and I'm always struck by the scale of traffic violence. Each dot represents a crash that occurred between Sept 2017 and June 2023. Obviously there were no injuries for the majority, but that doesn't mean there were no victims.

Amtrak Surfliner update: Metrolink secured a contract for a barrier wall in San Clemente to get the tracks re-opened.
Still no timeline, but rumored to be August-October reopening. I-95 in Philly reopened in less than 2 weeks, where's the urgency here?
