Refs out there. Is touching the try line offside, when the try line has become the offside line? I always thought it was like the touchline ie touching it means you've crossed it?

Why have refs stopped applying this law? Bulls 9 clearly makes an illegal dummy run creating the gap. Even the saffa commentators said it (saying it was great play rather than illegal). Makes no difference to the result but strange that something so obvious was ignored #bulvcar
