i’m so tired of the prince naveen debate 😭 i know disney hasn’t confirmed or committed to a race, but his name is of sanskrit origin and his mum wears a saree aka a traditional indian garment … why are we trying to erase that

His accent is Latin, and where he’s from doesn’t exist.
And most importantly, the creator of the character says he’s racially ambiguous, which is what matters.
So that makes him racially ambiguous.

i knew the natural hair movement was in the gutter when white girls started calling it the “curly hair movement” and would say wavy 2a hair is curly but 4c isn’t because it’s “too tight” and if a black woman disagreed she would be called the “curl police”
