@zaelefty @RoeliendenOuden It’s not HRT. A trans person is not replacing hormones their body was making or should have been making. They are using exogenous and abnormally high amounts of opposite sex hormones. There should be a better terminology for this rather than hijacking HRT.
English

HRT makes you a male with an artificial endocrine disruption.
Atrophying your penis, shrinking your testicles, growing breast tissue, and increasing the risk of dementia, stroke, and heart attack does not make you female.
Rose Mulet@heyitsrosemulet
HRT literally makes us biologically female
English

@trsmpos @pureMetatron No one has a right to demand how they are seen by other people.
I'm 4 foot 9. And frumpy. I would love to be seen as tall, willowy and staggeringly thin and beautiful.
It's not going to happen. Do you know why? Of course you do.
English

@pureMetatron I’m a conservative like you, but the answer is that “trans rights” means that trans people should be viewed as their selected gender politically, legally, and societally.
English

@Nithya_Shrii @JovanHPulitzer I'd really like to see a robot to do a good haircut on a human… Or a dog. How about on a cat?
English

@wil_da_beast630 He was such a handsome young black man.
And then he did that thing to his nose.
English

@EndWokeness @instapundit What difference does it make if he's remorseful? How does that change what he did? How does that heal the traumatized girl? He can be all the remorseful he wants, and still be punished to the full extent of the law - and he should be.

@VinSkvlly @BrandiKruse @POTUS This is the age bracket that has gotten got caught up in the tide pod fad, the kicking people's doors, a.k.a. TikTok door knock fad, the putting squishy toys in the microwave fad, and the put a teaspoon of cinnamon in your mouth fad.
They can be led into political violence too.
English

@BrandiKruse @POTUS I’m making a direct offer to buy this piece of art from the student who created it. If any students at Puyallup HS see this, or if the student sees this then please reach out.
English

Exclusive: This image was taken yesterday in an art classroom at Puyallup HS in Washington state. It depicts @POTUS as a pig, a KKK member, a clown, and mentions assassination. We have asked the district for comment.

@StevieWestAgain I don't know how long my grandparents knew each other. I know he saw her riding a mule and said that was the woman for him. They got married in the preachers living room. My grandmother wore a green dress. They were married nearly 75 years before he died.
English

My grandparents met, fell in love, and got married all in six weeks. Married 66 years. Men, do this if it's real.
Ashley@apeoples13
Just had a guy that I’ve known for 2 weeks tell me he’s in love with me… like what 😭 Men… please don’t do this lol
English

@itsonlywords Yesterday I purchased a hook on a pole on Amazon so that I could reach up, snag hook at the end of a rope at the top of our new flag pole, pull it down, and hang up our new 3' x 5' American flag.
I snagged it on the first try. $14.99.
Now, what do I do with the pole??
English

@wil_da_beast630 If you look at period piece TV series from the 1930s UK (Lord Peter Wimsey, for one), everyone seems to be drinking something alcoholic almost all the time.
English

Yeah - but, at this time, they were right.
Disagreeable women likely played a useful role pre-Prohibition, like disagreeable men do now.
The average American used to drink 8-10 drinks a day. Wives and officers complained about working-class men barely being able to function.
Rothmus 🏴@Rothmus
Were they always like this?
English

@EruditeTogether As for why we participated in that co-op, it's because it was a very, very good one locally. The teachers were top-notch, many retired public and university teachers
You did not have to sign a statement of faith. I would not have gone there if we'd been required.
English

Depends on the school, maybe.
I am not a Christian, but my kids attended a Christian homeschool co-op and we got a lot of pressure to be involved at the faith level. Some classes were explicitly Christian, even though the class descriptions mentioned to none of that. I wanted pure science and got purity culture.
English

I am a Christian, and I have two daughters. Both my daughters attend public school.
When my daughters were old enough to go to school I felt so much pressure from the Christian culture to homeschool them.
I went to public school and had a really good experience, but everyone was treating public school like it was the devils playground.
I tried to homeschool my oldest in preschool and I realized how terribly unequipped I was to teach. I didn’t have the discipline, nor the mental capacity to teach from home.
I think public school is great. The teachers are all so intentional, the school counselors are lovely, and their principal remembers their names and things about them.
We are very involved parents. We go on field trips, take them to school events, and go to all their conferences.
Honestly, public school gets way too much hate.
English

@Elwood_B__ @GovBobFerguson And why my daughter, who *explicitly declined being registered to vote* nevertheless began receiving ballots.
English

@GovBobFerguson I have always been really curious as to how my daughter had never registered to vote, but was sent ballot papers 7 months before her 18th birthday.
English

Yesterday I signed a bill prohibiting double voting by fixing an ambiguity in state law.
Voting more than once in an election is an affront to everyone who participates in our democracy. This bill makes it clear that double voting is illegal. Those who try it will be held accountable.
Thanks to the Secretary of State for requesting this bill, and to sponsor Sen. Cortes.

@the_addressor @TimRunsHisMouth What is a chopped cheese???
English

@TimRunsHisMouth They can live somewhere warmer and less stabby, but still Zoom in for meetings
But where else are you going to get a chopped cheese on the street, please come back
English

@TimRunsHisMouth I give Washington a year before Governor "Sideshow Bob" begins begging ex-Washingtonians who have any money at all to come back.
The Exodus has begun there too.

@YoungAmerica12 @WSJopinion It's an RCW, but otherwise you're perfectly correct.
But the brilliant minds in Olympia don't care. They want it. Therefore it will happen.
"The will of the representatives IS the will of the people."
If the people wanted otherwise, they should have gotten elected instead.
English

@WSJopinion They have a constitution that says they can't do this, but, you know, whatever.
English

A secret to the Evergreen State’s success has been that it has no income tax. But Democrats in Olympia are perilously close to enacting a “millionaire tax” of 9.9%, write Arthur Laffer and Stephen Moore

@PolitiBunny Whatever you do, research the company thoroughly before you give them money.
The lowball companies are mostly scams.
English

So ... this may be a weird ask, but can any of you suggest a company to transport a new car from Wyoming to Virginia? lol
Weird and oddly specific, I know. But we did win a car, and I'm trying to do my homework and figure out the most affordable and safest way to get it here.
There are SO MANY carriers, and they are so aggressive in their quotes that I can't even begin to figure out which makes the most sense or will take the best care of my new vroom-vroom.
Thought I'd ask you maniacs, which might not be a great idea either, lol. Thoughts?
