I really strongly recommend the Qin F21 Pro. I've tried a few dumb phones now and think it's the best reasonable solution. Has Spotify, Maps, WhatsApp etc. But fiddly and with a ridiculous tiny screen so you never check it. Has made a huge difference to my concentration.
