@AndyBurnhamGM The problem is that VAR has backed itself into such a corner than the only possible outcomes were nothing or a red card. I don’t think it can give yellows unless downgraded from a red. I’ll stand corrected if wrong but it’s a mess. Not a clue what was happening in the ground.

I am 56 today, and admittedly a little old school when it comes to football, but no one will EVER convince me that a minor hair pull and a sarcastic clap is enough reduce a team to nine men. I despair about Premier League football.

@YerMaOnToast @efc_fanservices I get it. Sometimes though, businesses spend months trying to reinvent things, losing goodwill with customers every time they change something. A proper business owns its mistake and takes swift action. They’ll benefit long term.

Club View STH’s have bought the dearest tickets outside of corporate. Any business would want those customers to be satisfied.

@YerMaOnToast @efc_fanservices Don’t you think they’re just fighting a losing battle though ? There’s no need for pre paid credit. The simplest thing is to just scrap it and crack on.

@chrisjohnoefc @efc_fanservices Is there no way the club can add the £10 credits onto a season ticket (or even as a separate voucher)? Would allow fans to redeem the credits at the e-bars which straight away helps easy congestion at the tills. Doesn't solve everything but seems like a simple tweak to start.

@darwinbluegirl @efc_fanservices The physical payment aspect is irrelevant. The infrastructure isn’t there to serve everyone who has prepaid, whether tapping a card or a season ticket. The numbers don’t work.
