Certainly the wealthiest and also one of the whitest areas of the UK ( Weybridge, Esher, Cobham, Oxshott , Walton) didn’t elect a single Reform councillor. Not sure what it says about the locals but I do remember Farage saying to me a year ago that Surrey was hard to call.
