@alexwickham So as a Makerfield resident, Andy Burnham wants me to vote against my interests to get him into Parliament. Then he’ll abandon the town and push ahead to rejoin the EU that an overwhelming majority voted against. Does he take us for fools? This will be a comfortable Reform win.

Makerfield matters. Reform UK has a huge opportunity here to show the country what makes this movement different. Not another stitched-up Westminster career move. Not another establishment merry-go-round. Labour are already trying to use Makerfield to parachute a political insider back into Parliament for their own ends. Voters are sick of it. Reform should go the other way entirely. Pick a genuine local grassroots Reformer. Someone who has knocked doors, delivered leaflets, fought for the movement when it was difficult, not when it became fashionable. The public are crying out for authenticity. Real people. Real conviction. Real community representation. In recent months, the rapid intake of former establishment politicians has inevitably caused concern amongst parts of the membership and wider voter base. That concern should not be ignored. Makerfield is the perfect opportunity to prove that Reform remains a party built by the people, for the people. If we stay authentic, stay grounded, and stay connected to the members and supporters who built this movement from the ground up, we will continue to grow stronger. Reform succeeds when it feels like a citizens’ revolt, not a Westminster recycling programme. Now is the time to have Labour well and truly beat at this game.

@doveyymargeauxx @DerryShore I agree with you, Dovey. All I see is Reformers constantly talking about Lowe and highlighting his existence. They need to concentrate on Reform UK and post positive content about them explaining why we support them.

Trust me, Derry… I agree. I genuinely don’t think there’s anyone who despises Rupert Lowe more than me. 😆 I loath the man. And I know exactly what they’re trying to do. But honestly, I think we need to stop boosting their ego and giving them more attention by constantly centring them in the conversation. At some point the focus has to shift back to supporting Reform UK, promoting the policies, debunking the nonsense, and helping however we can. That’s what actually moves people.. not spending time talking about Rupert Lowe’s irrelevant party.

I don't think that people are so much mad that another party is standing, but more the reason why Rupert is standing Dovey. He is trying to destroy Reforms chances of winning, but not for the right reason, but personal. I honestly think that he is working for the Tories. He is a very vindictive man.

Housed at the four-star Hilton in Ealing at taxpayer expense while his claim was processed. The Home Office took 17 months to decide his asylum claim despite reportedly being aware of his bomb-making conviction and in that window he raped a woman in Hyde Park. The trial judge was told he was of good character. Got 8 years. Not deported under Labour or Tory. Never ever trust the Uniparty again. The public are constantly lectured about tolerance while the government imports danger and expects us to just put up and shut up. Never again. Vote Reform.
