@virginmedia down again! Seriously, wtf guys?! Get your act together. We pay a lot of money for your service so surely you have engineers on 24hr standby for instances such as this. You’ve been on and off more times than I have with my ex!

@virginmedia Surprise, Surprise, network has gone down…again! Been happening a lot this week. I will be asking for a discount on my bill this month. These outages should not be happening so much. Pay too much for this to keep happening!

@O2 can you explain to me why I pay “x amount” a month for 5G when you’re the slowest at rolling 5G out. Also, why do I have 3 bars of signal with 4G but it takes until next Christmas to load? How is the signal this bad? You guys were always so good. You’re a struggle now though
