@O2 Awful awful service. Tried to pay a small bill off after cancelling my contract and its taken 1 hour of being connected then cut off with your terrible abroad customer service department. Dont bother with O2 when they cant even take money off you!!

@O2 Rang at 15:30 and was on hold for an hour and the phone went dead. Rang again straight after. Was on hold again for 30 minutes. Got through to an agent who saud it call dropped she would call back. Put on hold for 30 minutes and again the phone hung up. No call back from O2.
