@O2 Rang at 15:30 and was on hold for an hour and the phone went dead. Rang again straight after. Was on hold again for 30 minutes. Got through to an agent who saud it call dropped she would call back. Put on hold for 30 minutes and again the phone hung up. No call back from O2.
