Trump failed to get Congress to do his election rigging, so now he's trying to withhold public safety funding to instead force states to do it for him. California will not allow this to happen. We're leading a multistate lawsuit to stop this illegal behavior.

Governor Newsom: "We are a model for the globe" on fire management The shamelessness is truly impressive

.@jamestalarico is out with this new #TXSen ad this morning:

@Superpowamario No. The Never-Ending Pasta Pass is only for use by the Passholder whose name is printed on the Pass. Passes are personalized and non-transferable. Passholders must present a valid photo I.D. along with the Pass at the time of ordering.

Mamdani housing event features a lady in a mask ranting about her landlord, declaring "eviction = violence"

@SenBrianJones That is hilarious! $3500.00? What good is that? With all of the added taxes you have implemented or signed with no votes, it won't even cover half of the tax on a typical electric vehicle. Plus, how much fossil fuel is being used to charge them? PG&E Loves this!

California is filling the void left by Trump and the GOP repealing the federal electric vehicle tax credit. I've signed legislation creating an instant rebate for Californians going electric — $3,500 off new EVs and $1,750 off used models. We won't forfeit the future to China.

Actually they are NOT the same but that was a good try. @SecDuffy and @POTUS know exactly what they are doing and who they are helping. Trump’s 2026 announcement is positioned to be stronger for veterans, but with important caveats. Why Trump’s push is stronger: • “Automatic” eligibility language goes beyond the 2012 Act. It aims for near-seamless recognition of military heavy truck experience → CDL with minimal or no additional testing. • Stronger prioritization and scale: Explicitly frames veterans as the preferred replacement for certain drivers being removed, creating real job pipeline pressure on the industry and states. • Broader enforcement backdrop: Paired with crackdowns on non-domiciled/unqualified CDLs, which could open up more actual job openings for veterans.

.@POTUS announces that any American veteran who has driven a heavy truck for our military will soon be eligible for a Commercial Driver's License 🇺🇸
