@M_Ski22 Got ya. I got killed with injuries in my unlimited IL league with a shallow wire, so I added a plethora of breakout guys in low A and A+ in an attempt to find the next. Trying to use these top prospect lists to weed out the lower guys as my squad gets healthy

@chuck_proc Maybe a little bit of both. I definitely am encouraged by the power surge early on. Nut given that he has cut the groundball rate by over 20% and turned that into all fly balls, I want to see a longer stretch of that with the sustained contact rates.

Thank you for reading! I have posted updates on Dean Moss, Jacob Melton (please come back healthy), Homer Bush Jr., and Austin Overn this season and will continue my best to highlight them. This system has been very productive early on. Overn homered as I was typing this!

@jared_golds23 @BaseballWRLD_ Bohm gets a pass for this year, I doubt he’ll be on the team next year but clearly stuff in his personal life is affecting him. Obviously you still want him to play better and he’s contributing to the poor performance, but on a human level you gotta feel for the guy

Just remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. People will do the same things as many in this world and in this fantasy baseball space. Let’s just hope they do it with a twist, not identical. Be it a lineup tracker, ADP tracker, or something else.

@GekkoIndustries @CPTowers @FAmmiranteTFJ The last thing I would add in Griffins favor is his speed. He stole 65 bases last year in the minors, in my mind that gives him a bit more of a floor for his fantasy value. This also isn’t an argument for or against drafting him, but I think the discussion is a fun exercise

@GekkoIndustries @CPTowers @FAmmiranteTFJ A lot of these 19 y/o debuts didn’t play full years (ARod, Trout, Beltre) but Griffin has the chance to break camp. I also think we understand stats better than the previous era, making this small list even smaller and more difficult to evaluate properly.
