My son took the #chinaairlinesusa flight from Seattle to Taiwan on Tuesday early morning (1:15am). He has yet to receive his luggage. Seems pretty outrageous and not hearing much from #chinaairlines about resolving the matter. 😞😡 #flycal

Finally departing 50 minutes late 😞

Pretty optimal boarding experience on @united flight ORD->SFO this am. We ready for 6:25am departure…but still sitting at the gate having waited for 2 redistributions of weight and 1 refueling —and a shaming over the PA by the pilot asking for someone from row 21 to move 😡

This is really well done @NFL... the Bears with one of the most epic comebacks of all-time

@SpiritAirlines In a slightly miraculous feat, Dandre and team somehow pulled it off. Boarded and taking off now at 9:40am, just an hour and half late. I will say that the entire @SpiritAirlines team (gate, crew, even pilot) have been very gracious & apologetic. Well done and strong recovery!

Come on, @SpiritAirlines, do better. Plane is at the gate (1 at MCO) with pilots….but no crew in sight. Take off originally scheduled for 8:24am, then 8:49am. Now…who knows.

Staff hosting (literally!) the security line at @LGAairport were the friendliest, most attentive team I’ve ever encountered at any airport. They managed the queue with gusto and efficiency. Other than the annoying practice of @clear personnel escorting their clients directly…

in front of the main line (😡) and a @delta desk agent who completely ignored me for 5 minutes (I finally walked away), it was a stellar experience getting on my flight at LaGuardia!
