No browser required. Our API is the UI. 🔓 Salesforce Headless 360 just exposed our entire platform — apps, workflows, metadata, Agentforce & Slack — as unified APIs, MCP tools & CLI. Build on any surface. Give Agentforce deep, trusted context. Stop just using Salesforce. Start building with it. 🚀 cio.com/article/415953…

Take a minute and listen…California is functionally bankrupt. You can’t tax your way out of it. A California bankruptcy will wash over to all the states as they will be paying for the bailout.
Molly O’Shea@MollySOShea

BREAKING: David @friedberg says "California is functionally bankrupt" "People don't realize how screwed California is, & I worry that if California falls, so does the union. "$250 billion to $1 trillion short." "This is because for California to get rescued would be a big cost to red states, & I think it creates in the years ahead a lot of tension." "California's functional bankruptcy is a major risk to the country. & I think we need to figure out what we can change to fix it." How we got here: "California has a public pension system, & that public pension system retirees have paid into it & they get some benefits out, & the amount that they're owed back out is somewhere between $250 billion - $1 trillion dollars more than has been paid in. $250 billion to $1 trillion short. If it was the federal government, it would be like, okay, we'll just print more money. California doesn't have the ability to print money, so California has to pay this out, and you can't restructure retirement benefits. There is a Supreme Court case in California that said that once an employee has been offered retirement benefits, even if they're currently an employee, you can never restructure their retirement benefits. It has to stay forever, and the state cannot declare bankruptcy. There's no way for the state to functionally declare bankruptcy. There's no law to allow it. No state has ever declared bankruptcy, and the retirement benefits sit senior to the bonds in California. So you have to pay out the retirement benefits before you pay out all the bond holders that have loaned California the money that they use to run all their programs and services." It was a unique privilege and a professional highlight to have led an expansive team of talented military and civilian professionals to help the @USArmy and @USArmyReserve identify and engage the next generation of American soldiers in the face of a shrinking pool of qualified recruits. It required the most advanced AI and data tools at the time — nearly 10 years before AI and data would become cultural buzzwords — and most of all, it required a memorable idea to hold everything together. “Army Originals” is about individual grit forging collective might — out of many, one. Very proud to have contributed, however small, to helping make this country strong.

In 2015, @CocaCola challenged their agency partners to rethink social media insights. My thesis: ditch sentiment tracking for something deeper – emotional data. Out of all the agencies, only mine won. The Empathy Model was born, an innovation that decoded the emotional pulse of consumers to truly feel what people were experiencing behind their posts. Nearly a decade before data and artificial intelligence would become marketing buzzwords, The Empathy Model was at the forefront.

A breakthrough digital innovation in the sports retail sector, the @adidas Glitch app was introduced as part of @adidasfootball strategy to disrupt traditional football boot launches by focusing on a mobile-first, direct-to-consumer model. Its breakthrough status is attributed to its integration of mobile technology with retail innovation, setting a new precedent for future digital experiences in sports. Initially unveiled in London, it expanded to cities like Berlin and Paris. By involving consumers in the product development process, it set a new standard for brand-customer interaction in digital retail. Breakthrough Features: ✅ Exclusivity and Community: The invite-only system created a sense of belonging, engaging users through social media with codes. ✅ Customization: Users could mix and match boot parts, offering personalization that was ahead of its time. ✅ Convenience: Features like same-day delivery in London and a two-week home try-on period provided exceptional customer service. ✅ Co-Creation: adidas involved consumers in design, fostering a collaborative approach that enhanced engagement.

The 2013 @VW Passat TDI arrived with a huge selling proposition: 78 MPG for a non-hybrid. I leveraged VW’s marathon sponsorships in the U.S. to connect a unique product benefit to a human truth. Team @VW and “Why I Run” were the results.
