@deanriehm I remember that SI cover. Was living down there then and a big Bruin fan. Alcindor was so dominating they changed the rule so the guys couldn’t dunk.

With deep sorrow, I learned today that the best AD in UNLV history, Brad Rothermel, has passed away. Brad was there during the greatest years of UNLV athletics & played a big part in building it. He worked closely w/my father, & meant a lot to our family. He will be missed.

As some of you know I have been selling cards since the early 90s with my dad. I got back into it almost ten years ago to help him as he aged. This morning at 4 am I got the call I knew was coming at some point. My dad passed away suddenly in his sleep.
