@ollaparva i do it if i have free time or my hands are busy! i also work in classrooms so i usually pace around during my breaks or walk around the class to monitor the students while they work 😸😸

I think i don't get people that get 20k+ steps per day not because it causes physical strain but like, the mental like after 2 hours of pure walking I just go "wtf am i really gonna spend a giant chunk of my day doing this?"
