@Ruby74698396 @MaryLTrump I'm not sure that it's "decline" exactly ...
English

@MaryLTrump I hope Karma exacts her punishment, and there is pressure for Trump to step aside due to his age, infirmity, and actual cognitive decline.
English

My uncle is panicking. He’s running against a strong Black woman—and a former prosecutor—who isn’t afraid to call him out or mock him. His whole campaign strategy was based around attacking Joe Biden—his age, his infirmity, his cognitive decline. It was all projection, of course, but because Pres. Biden is old and has slowed down in the last four years, and because he doesn’t shout or bully, Donald was able to make the attacks stick thanks, in large part, to his foot soldiers in the corporate media.
English

@theJeremyVine I think you overlooked who the poster is.
I doubt they know what respect is. (And if they think they do, they are almost certainly confusing it with fear.)
English

@MaryLTrump No, it's what you call cheap populism or descending to their level.
Trump is awful, don't try and be worse Ms Harris.
English

@JDVance1 I'm assuming you momentarily forgot that Trump was also president for a term?
English

Joe Biden has been the worst President in my lifetime and Kamala Harris has been right there with him every step of the way. Over the last four years she co-signed Biden's open border and green scam policies that drove up the cost of housing and groceries. She owns all of these failures, and she lied for nearly four years about Biden's mental capacity--saddling the nation with a president who can't do the job.
President Trump and I are ready to save America, whoever's at the top of the Democrat ticket. Bring it on.
English

@RobertJenrick And after all that highly effective ear-marking / dog-whistling your party did too.
Where's the real gesture politics when you need it, huh?
English

@EJWoolf It can be helpful for children's development & motivating for them to know what it is that they are doing well. "Good sharing", "Great helping, thank you!" These name the behaviours you want to see - sharing, helping etc.
Not that I'm agreeing you are doing anything wrong.
English

@Telegraph Everybody should know that there are 10 million three hundred thousand pupils in education and ONLY 550.000 are receiving Private education. Clear Labour is implementing their version of Class victimisation hurting many Charity, Foundation and Deprived children of good education.
English

@Telegraph "Telegraph might have no political bias" warns English teacher.

What a disgusting speech. And she seriously thinks she has a chance of leading the Conservative Party. Not while I have a breath left in my body. Moderate Conservatives need to stand up and be counted. This will not stand.
Paul Brand@PaulBrandITV
Suella Braverman’s speech in Washington this evening contains a blistering attack on pro-LGBT Tories. She says the pride (progress) flag has been flown on govt buildings as if marking “occupied territory”, accusing Tory colleagues of supporting a “horrible political campaign” which supports the “mutilation of children” and leaves her “physically repulsed”.

@ThePosieParker @IainDale Can you share a reliable source that confirms "children got sterilised" during the last government? No implication that there aren't such sources, just that I am unaware of them.
Thanks.
English

@IainDale “Not while I have breath left in my body”
Get a grip, man.
Tories were in government whilst kids got sterilised…. Apparently that’s not worth your condemnation.
English

@doctor_oxford I agree with the serious point being made but it seems most likely that the image/quote is just social media fiction. Is there any evidence supporting it as fact?
English

I can't conceive of a GP (or any UK doctor) posting something so disrespectful & inappropriate as this - shared by a PA on Instagram, where there seems to be a vogue for endless such posts from PAs, often breaking patient confidentiality.
Completely wrong.

@Conservatives Just read the Telegraph’s article re. how Labour’s plans to impose VAT on private schools may violate the ECHR’s provision against impeding access to education. I found it interesting and began to rethink my position on the matter. This, however, reaffirmed my support for Labour.
English

@richardosman @Damian_Barr It also guarantees at least two terms in office, so you can set out more longer term plans Anit have to worry too much about public opinion

A gentle reminder that the phrase 'supermajority' is meaningless in U.K. politics. There is nothing you can do with a 350-seat majority that you can't do with an 80-seat majority.
Sebastian Payne@SebastianEPayne
Must read from @FraserNelson on the supermajority Reform might be about to gift to Labour. And this is what the new world will look like spectator.co.uk/article/how-ni…

@bbc5live ... Not quite the @BBCiPlayer experience but a bit of judicious pausing of "another" channel's picture to get in sync and we're good!
Thanks BBC 🙂
