It was like having lunch in a Norman Rockwell art studio as we sat in Welch’s, a historic restaurant in scenic Carrollton, a Rivertown on the banks of the Ohio River in Carroll County. It was a pleasure to speak with some fellow Kentuckians who were also dining there and to get their thoughts on a number of topics.
