If you look at him game by game last year, he was Cy Young worthy about 1/3 the time. Then, he fell apart to a game.

It's amazing to me how much a difference Maddux has made with Soriano already.
His 4-seam fb usage is up from 8% last year to 21% this year and he's been so dominant.
When a pitcher has a fb that goes from 98-100mph, he should probably use it more than 8%.
