Dundee Utd got to uefa cup final & European cup semifinal, Forest won two European cups & Gothenburg & Steaua Bucharest won European trophies. It happened alotmorethen that it does now. Still a remarkable feat!

@cjeezg @MUFC__Prince amorim also played about 3 or 4 competitions, yet he still managed to get to UEFA final. carrick got only epl and even there he showed horrendous football and had to use Amorim's tactics several times. so yes, comparing the overall results, Amorim did much better

Well this is down to the fact United have had one sustained period of success where one manager has won 90% of their trophies. Liverpool have had loads of periods of success including multiple legendary managers. They have one legendary manager.

So don’t tell me top 4 was impossible.
Twelve games is enough to move two spots. Simple.
Amorim had flaws. No debate.
But don’t rewrite history like he did nothing.
He built parts of this team.
He set foundations Carrick is now using.
Give Carrick his flowers.
But don’t trash Amorim to do it.

Bruno is a very good player, don’t get me wrong. Best post fergie signing. But he’s not winning a ballon d’or at city 🤣 u lot need to realise it’s easier to stand out when you’re surrounded by crap players. He’s quality, but Haaland, Bernardo, Rodri etc would outshine him… and that’s before even mentioning KDB.
