@TUIUK I wonder if you could look into an issue. I’ve not received a booking confirmation by email for holiday but it is appearing in the app. Is there an easy fix? This is third time to happen, the others came by post 🤷‍♀️

@TUIUK Is there an issue with booking cruises? Keeps returning none in January, sure there must being something available?

@TUIUK You can get a price for one week but it throws out 14 nights even though availability is there as individual 7 nights - don’t want to pay for extra flights that aren’t going to be used.

@easyJet @TUIUK wonder if you can help. Have had holiday cancelled for end of Feb - holiday booked through tui with easyJet flights - all paid through tui with seat upgrades through easyJet. How do I get refund for the seat upgrades? Will it be automatic as flight cancelled?

@easyJet I have received holiday refund from @TUIUK but have not had seat upgrades refunded. They were paid direct to easyJet on easyjet website but cannot find a way to make a claim as have no booking number
