I had to take my original post down, because @JDale_Shoemaker was threatening to take action because I pulled a photo he owned off of Google. Here is my post again. Yesterday’s press conference regarding the immigrant who passed away from an ulcer FIVE DAYS after being released from custody - yet ruled a “homicide” by the County Medical Examiner has reminded me once again that @markpoloncarz , Dr. Overtime, @GovKathyHochul and @RepTimKennedy are corrupt to the core. I speculate their timing of the release was meant to be a media distraction from many other big issues happening in New York State…especially since every other day a Hochul aid is in trouble for fraud…but I digress. They were able to get their “word of the day” - HOMICIDE. But somehow… - They can’t release or discuss the toxicology report - They won’t release the extensive security footage from around KeyBank Center, where Mr. Alam was found…an area that has more security cameras than any other part of the city. - They can’t account for his whereabouts during those five days in between his release and his death. - No comment on how he traveled 6.5 miles from his initial drop off point. - No comment about how or why the family posted his bail but then didn’t know where he was and didn’t tell him that they moved. “Here’s your bail money…by the way we moved”. Didn’t happen. - Dr. Overtime brushed over the realities of an ulcer - and how it takes a lot of time and a lot of medical isses before it perforates. - And we’re told it’s up to the family to release the full report…so…oh well…just take our word for it. It’s definitely a homicide. Lastly - I want to know what this means for future deaths of released inmates. If a drug addict dies from an overdose five days after release - is that a homicide? What about a drunk getting in a drunk driving accident? I also want to know why Jewish Family Services didn’t do the proper 90 day health screening upon his arrival. So many questions…so few answers…but…trust us…homicide. Trump is bad. ICE is bad. We are good.
